Gap Festival

Role: Ticketing Manager

Time Period: Year round (busy period Feb to June 2024)

  • Load all the events onto the ticketing system (currently Ticket Source) and create booking links to website.
  • Check the details with Event Managers.
  • As the Festival approaches, send regular ticket sales updates to Festival organisers as well as artists who request them.
  • Once the Festival has started, close on-line ticketing at a predefined time before each event and send the Event Manager a list of ticket holders.
  • Respond to ticketing queries on [email protected] and by phone – eg lost tickets.
  • Facilitate switching / cancelling / refunding tickets.

This role could be combined with the Website Manager role or can be two different people.
