Festival venues
Location, transport and car parking
The villages of Goring and Streatley are on the River Thames between Oxford and Reading. Accessible from the M4 (J12) and M40 (J4, 5 or 6) motorways, by train and by car.
By train
Great Western Railways run services from Oxford, Didcot, Reading and Paddington to Goring & Streatley station. Most event sites are within easy walking distance of the station. For trains to Goring and Streatley, use National Rail Enquiries, the official source for UK train times and timetables.
Car parking
Goring has two pay and display public car parks. These car parks can get very busy, especially on Saturdays. Both car parks have disabled spaces.
- Wheel Orchard Car Park, located on Station Road (57 spaces, including 3 disabled spaces)
- Railway Station Car Park, located on Gatehampton Road (97 spaces, including disabled spaces)
There are also a number of free parking spaces located around the village and nearby. These include:
- Sheepcote Recreation Ground, Gatehampton Road
- Glebe Ride (Off Cleeve Road)
- Outside Pierreponts Café
- Outside the Miller of Mansfield
- Upper Red Cross Road
- Thames Road
- Cleeve Road
- Outside Rectory Garden, Manor Road
- Station Road
Some of these spaces have parking restrictions at certain times of the day. Please observe these restrictions and not block any driveways.
